For a smooth transaction, please ensure that your billing address and shipping address are the same. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Make sure you enter the correct billing address associated with your bank card, as an incorrect address may prevent payment processing. If you notice a pending transaction on your card after a payment is declined, it will eventually be removed as it only indicates an attempted transaction.

Please remember to provide a physical address for shipping, as we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

What are the processing, shipping, and handling times?

Processing your order typically takes 1-2 business days before it is shipped. Please note that processing occurs Monday through Friday; if you place an order on a Friday, it will be processed on the following business day, Monday.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location.
  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping: Typically arrives in 3-4 business days, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: Generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location

Once you receive a tracking email, please allow 24 hours for shipping activity to be updated. Your tracking number will be sent to your email, so be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to customer service at 561-980-4154.

Does this hair shed?


Hair may naturally undergo minimal shedding. This minimal shedding implies that the hair will not experience a noticeable or drastic decrease in density or volume. Nevertheless, it is crucial to prioritize and follow proper maintenance for optimal results. 

What is the density of the wigs?

All wigs sold are 180%. The 180% density choice delivers a full and glamorous appearance, ideal for those accustomed to thicker hair. Higher or lower densities can be purchased as well.  

Can I color this hair?


Certainly, this is entirely unprocessed, 100% virgin human hair. You have the freedom to color your hair; however, we strongly advise having your virgin hair colored or processed by a professional.  

What type of hair care products should I use?


Handle this hair as you would like your natural hair. Utilize high-quality shampoo and conditioner for optimal care. Conditioning is crucial to maintain its softness and manageability. We advise avoiding heavy styling products or oils.  

 

How long does the hair last?


The longevity of this hair depends on your Maintenance routine.

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a return policy for unopened hair extensions within TEN (10) DAYS of receipt. While our high-quality products rarely result in returns, we understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary. Returns are accepted for hair extensions in their original, unopened packaging, and must be unused and unaltered. Note that we are not responsible for issues from custom coloring or dyeing by stylists.

To initiate a return, contact us at 561-980-4154 during the TEN (10) day return window. Returns must be in the original, unopened packaging, and the packaging must remain intact. 

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges can be made within TEN (10) DAYS. The hair must be in its original condition—unopened, uncombed, unbrushed, and unaltered. Any signs of handling or wear will result in the hair being returned to you.
